We’re looking for a Digital Content Writer eager to make their mark helping to create and manage the content for all our digital platforms. Do you relish the opportunity to build a content strategy that makes a difference? Know how to craft compelling conversations about professional services or employee benefits consulting topics in an easy-to-understand manner? The right candidate will be passionate about the power of words and design to connect with people, and have a comprehensive understanding of SEO related to web content.

What will set you apart? The writing and editing of compelling copy that helps guide visitors through their information-seeking journey across all our digital platforms, including our websites and social media. The ideal candidate will combine plain language with their knowledge of our business, UX, SEO and data analytics to engage our audiences in online conversations. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical concepts in an easy-to-comprehend manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Writing and editing thought leadership
  • Creating compelling and innovative copy (including writing for the web, video and social media)
  • Writing marketing and business-development collateral
  • Collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts and marketing colleagues
  • Partnering with designers and website team members on content production
  • Communicating key content concepts on behalf of subject matter experts
  • Project management of multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Remote working arrangements will be considered


  • 8 years of experience with B2B writing and editing clear and compelling short- and long-form content
  • Proven experience analyzing, translating, and summarizing data into succinct prose or infographics
  • Undergraduate degree in English or other related Liberal Arts subjects
  • Previous expertise developing content on HR and employee benefits related topics, including healthcare and/or retirement benefits, and content marketing (including using SEO best practices) strongly preferred
  • Efficient project management and commitment to client service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and data analytics a plus
