TPA firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Administrator with at least 3 years of experience in all aspects of DC plan administration to join our experienced team of administrators. Compensation and title based on experience.  Remote candidates are welcome although local administrators may receive preference. In particular, experience with Datair Pension Administration, Reporter and Document Systems is required for remote candidates. Experience with Lincoln, Nationwide, American Funds, Voya, Empower, and John Hancock platforms is a plus.  Actuarial or DB plan experience is a plus plus.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of Annual Valuation Reports including the Form 5500
  • Performing all annual testing including ADP/ACP; coverage; non-discrimination including cross-testing, etc
  • Overall technical familiarity with qualified plan rules and regulations
  • Preparation of Plan Documents, Notices, etc.
  • Working with staff to coordinate plan services and communications

Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations.  Compensation commensurate with experience ranging from $75,000-$175,000.
