Looking for a few good minds! 

Retirement, LLC, an Oklahoma City based TPA firm, with an additional office in Sioux Falls, SD is looking for a few good minds – minds that can wrap around the complicated qualified plan regulations and detailed processes of defined contribution plan administration.  

RLLC uses Relius recordkeeping, FtWilliam documents, FtWilliam 5500 module, and the Pension Pro project system.  

The person we are seeking should be experienced in: 

  • A to Z plan administration with pooled trustee-directed plans, outside recordkeepers, and daily trading platforms
  • Profit Share calculations using New Comparability and Integrated formulas
  • ADP\ACP Testing using all legal narrowing techniques
  • Corrective processes for failed testing and early enrollments
  • Calculation and verification of safe harbor formulas
  • Compliance testing
  • Form 5500 and Schedule SSA preparation and filing
  • Correction for late deferrals and Form 5330 preparation
  • Completion\Review of plan documents 
  • Maintaining good client relationships 

The skills we believe that person should have include:

  • Both verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent accounting, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel, Relius recordkeeping, 5500 preparation\filing, and qualified plan documents
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Customer service
