Group Benefits Account Executive


in Zionsville IN

This position will focus on retaining a current client base of companies in the state of Indiana.  This person will have to travel in some capacity when face to face client interaction becomes more acceptable.  The goal of this position is to provide exceptional service and wellness to these clients.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Acting as a liaison with insurance carriers and as an advocate for clients
  • Designing benefit plans in conjunction with client needs and financial resources
  • Processing renewals, including competitive marketing, providing cost effective plan design alternatives, and employee contribution scenarios
  • Preparing spreadsheets and renewal presentations
  • Preparing summary plan descriptions and other employee communication materials
  • Providing clients with periodic financial reports to assess plans’ performance and use as a tool for renewal planning

Compensation will be from $90,000 to $140,000 plus full benefits

Ideal individual will have past group benefits experience on the broker side of the industry and an approachable and energetic personality.  This position has excellent stability and longevity and is with an organization that has a passion for the benefits industry and keeping their clients happy.
