Turning Point Associates is a full service TPA and recordkeeping firm based out of the Philadelphia/NJ area.  We are currently seeking a fulltime Retirement Plan Administrator.

Candidates tasks will include:

  • Year-End Valuations/nondiscrimination testing
  • Creation and filing of 5500 Forms
  • Client communication/phone & email support as needed
  • Plan design knowledge for onboarding
  • Familiarity with Relius Documents or similar software for document creation/amendments
  • Internal consulting for Year-End Valuation/nondiscrimination testing
  • Must be familiar with FIS/Relius recordkeeping system
  • Ability to assist with IRS and DOL Plan Audits
  • Availability during regular working hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidates should possess:

  • 5 or more years of industry experience
  • Highly preferred to have QKC or CPC Credentials
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability solve problems independently and motivate a team
  • Ability to accommodate video and voice meetings as needed
  • Ability to work together to assist/instruct other team members

Candidates who are not in the Philadelphia/NJ area will be considered for the option to telecommute.
