Pension Investors Corp., a third-party plan administration firm located in Hollywood, FL, has an immediate opening for an experienced 401(k) Plan Administrator.  This position is full time with an assigned caseload.  Primary responsibilities include census and asset reconciliation, contribution allocations, valuation reports, non-discrimination testing, distributions, plan documents, and preparation of Form 5500 and related schedules.   In addition, candidates will be responsible for maintaining client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate and managing and prioritizing workload towards weekly goals. we work in a progressive business atmosphere that is on the leading edge of technology and strongly supports the training and advancement of our staff.


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in qualified plan administration
  • ASPPA designation preferred
  • Knowledge of current ERISA, IRS and DOL rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of industry specific software a plus: ASC, PensionPro and FtWilliams
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in math, strong analytical and/or accounting skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and in a paperless environment
  • Strong organizational, case management and time management skills; attention to detail
  • Self-starting and motivated; committed to excellence; positive attitude
  • Able to easily adapt to evolving priorities
