Essential Functions:

We seek an experienced DC ERISA Plan Administrator who will be responsible for complete administration of a caseload including census and asset reconciliation, contribution allocations, non-discrimination testing, valuation reporting, distributions, Form 5500 and communication. 

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with retirement plan administration in a TPA environment
• Experience using administration software; Relius Administration preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables
• Proven reconciliation skills
• Ability to read and understand Plan Documents and investment statements
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Educational / Professional Requirements:

• ASPPA or NIPA credentials
• College degree
