Required Qualifications

• Participate in all aspects of payroll and company compensation
• Utilize your payroll experience and manage the payroll team
• Work closely with the Benefit Manager on reports, compensation and other benefits offered to our employees
• Be a detailed, analytical leader that is proactive in meeting deadlines
• Utilize your Excel skills and support the department through HRIS system support, platforms and various compensation reports. (Ultipro preferred)
• Bring your motivational skills and manage the payroll team
• This position provides the opportunity to be a problem solver, decision maker, and to make an impact on the organization
• Play a large part in servicing our 850 employees through compensation and wellness initiatives
• Support the Benefit Manager with payroll strategy and day to day logistics
