This person will be a key member of our management team joining existing leaders in Advisory, Marketing, Sales, Recordkeeping, Wealth management and Finance. Our Headquarters is in Colorado Springs, CO. Our preference is for residing in our Colorado Springs location, working some of the time virtually  is possible for a very qualified candidate 

Responsible for:

• On-Boarding of new plans
• Plan Compliance
• Key account management

Envoy Financial specializes in providing retirement plans to 501(c)(3) Faith based organizations. Our 30 years of experience provides the platform for significant growth in the numbers of 403b and 403b9 plans and all their participants located in 50 states with missionary staff around the world.

Our growth requires additional professional staffing. Please provide relevant experience detail. Our preference is Colorado Springs location, working at a distance some of the time is possible for qualified candidate.

Responsible for a team focusing on Third Party Administration, and Plan Sponsor service. Onboarding of new plans and supporting existing ones. 5500 preparation is also part of the departmental responsibility.

Envoy Financial specializes in providing retirement plans to 501(c)(3) Faith Based organizations including 403(b)(9) church plans. We will be expanding into the 401(k) world in 2021. Our 30 years of experience provides the platform for long term relationships and a firm market position from which to grow. We have clients in all 50 states and work with mission organizations and their staff around the world. 

TPA experience a must with demonstrated management skills to lead the team. A direct report to the CEO.

Compensation commensurate with experience including a Bonus and Profit sharing plan
