Retirement, LLC, an Oklahoma City based TPA firm, with an additional office in Sioux Falls, SD is looking for an Implementation Specialist.   This position will join the conversion team in the onboarding of new plans and conversion of takeover plans to RLLC.   They will also work closely with outside recordkeepers in the movement of plans from one recordkeeper to another and setting up a plan with a recordkeeper.   This will include assisting plans to leave RLLC (deconversion).    

Responsibilities include: 

  • Creating the client, employer, and plan in Pension Pro and entering all plan data
  • Drafting and review of plan documents
  • Preparing recordkeeping forms – on paper and online
  • Setting up the employer, plan, and specs in Relius
  • Entering census data into Relius
  • Putting together PDF’s and uploading to Plan Sponsor Link
  • Communicating with new clients and outside recordkeepers  
  • Following up with clients, prior TPAs, and outside recordkeepers for data
  • Preparing Form 5330 and Form 8955-SSA

  • Excellent phone etiquette – customer service
  • Ability to work closely with others within your team and the company

RLLC uses Relius recordkeeping, FtWilliam documents, FtWilliam 5500 module, and the Pension Pro project system.   Experience with these programs is a plus.    We offer a competitive salary and bonus package, 401(k) plan and health insurance. Our employees all have the option to work in one of our offices or to work remote.  Our work offices are casual with flexible work hours.
