Account Manager

Overall responsibility
Support the on-going service needs of existing clients.
Key areas of responsibility
- Develop new technical skills and expand knowledge of our systems and recordkeeping
software to find better ways to service our clients and adapt to system changes and upgrades
- Act as BlueStar’s ambassador to its clients
Account Managers:
- Manage and develop client
relationships
- Address any client issues to ensure that they are very satisfied with BlueStar services
- Manage a client project by leading conversations across departments, researching issues, and identifying solutions
- Arrange regular
meetings to review plan with client and address any operational challenges or new initiatives
- Respond promptly and accurately to client requests received by phone and email
- Manage and implement changes to client information including
contacts, service agreements, and banking information
- Process annual updates submitted by clients
- Lead client website training
- Manage plan amendment process
- Implement requests for education initiatives and enrollment
meetings
- Implement education initiatives and campaigns
- Answers questions posed by Customer Service Representatives
- Address any technical questions or concerns posed by client
- Work with client to achieve plan goals like
participation, investment diversification, security knowledge

Required Skills
- Ability to utilize office equipment

- Ability to maintain data security by following all data security guidelines and by bringing any potential security threats to the appropriate contact’s attention for further review
