Due to increased sales and staff promotions, we are searching for an expert in ESOP Administration!

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and must be customer focused. As an ESOP Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting. We promote work-life balance with our remote option or on-site at our home office in Charlottesville, VA. Our reputation ranks as top 3 companies nationwide to provide ESOP recordkeeping and administration services. We invite you to join our team!

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload
  • Responsive to internal and external client needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of recent hands-on ESOP administration experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with complex ESOP compliance testing
  • QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
