The Pension Analyst provides support to employers who sponsor qualified retirement plans, within performance standards and service objectives. Including in-depth understanding of contribution deposit administration, distribution and loan processing of administering qualified retirement plans. This position is available in Missouri – St. Louis and Illinois – Edwardsville.

Essential Functions:

• Possess or can acquire experience in annual administration of qualified DC/401(k) plans and vendor systems.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communications, organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure, meet deadlines, handle large volume of diverse work
• High level of PC skills; working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing applications
• Ability to cross function in the organization
• Ability to take direction from all levels of the organization to perform tasks
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to work independently
• Distribution, Loan, Deposit processing
• Data Entry
• Scanning

Preferred Systems/Education:

• 0-2+ years’ experience in annual administration of qualified DC/401(k) plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail
• Bachelor/associate degree in Business or Financial discipline
