Integrated Pension Services is a fast-growing TPA firm located in Leominster, Massachusetts.  We have been providing exceptional retirement plan administration to our valued clients for over 45 years.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our team as a Retirement Plan Administrator.  Appropriate candidates for this position should be those who are team players, great communicators and excited about the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.  This is a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities will be carried out for an assigned book of business.

  • Reconciliation of trust assets
  • Eligibility determination
  • Annual compliance testing
  • Tax Form preparation (Form 5500 and related schedules)
  • Process Distributions and Loans
  • Plan Document amendments and restatements as needed
  • Communicate directly with clients and plan participants, advisors, CPA’s, Record-Keepers and payroll companies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years prior plan administration experience
  • ASPPA or NIPA designations preferred
  • Prior experience with Ftwilliam plan administration software
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a virtual team environment
  • Desire to learn new processes and job functions

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation based on experience level.  Benefits include access to health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid vacation time and holidays and education/technology reimbursement.
