We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Retirement Plan Services to join our team. We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package along with a great culture of work/life balance!

Retirement Plan Resources (RPR) provides enhanced pension administration services.  Whether it is pension consulting, design, or administration, as a division of Baldwin CPAs, RPR leads the way with public accountants at the helm. We bring a broader, more objective, and often more informed perspective to our client’s pension plans.  In fact, RPR makes decisions based on the client’s financial history and goals.

Job Summary: Manage client relationships. Oversee and review work performed by plan administrators to ensure completeness and accuracy in core aspects of plan administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and assist plan administrators
• Proactively consult with clients and partners
• Draft, review, and interpret plan documents.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and industry conferences.
• Serve as a technical resource to our team.

Requirements:

• Experience with FTWilliam, PensionPro and Relius experience preferred.
• Professional desinations ASPPA, NIPA, preferred
• Between 5-10 years of 401(k) plan administrative experience
• College degree
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
