Retirement/ Pension Plan Administrator

Our team-oriented, dependable pension and retirement plan professionals are responsible for the effective and timely management and administration of assigned clients’ qualified pension and retirement plans, including simple trust accounting, census scrub/analysis/upload, compliance testing, government reporting, and participant terminations. They also communicate with fellow advisors to ensure for the timely, accurate completion of retirement plan calculations for shared clients.

Specific duties include:

  • Manages and performs the collection of client data to ensure for ongoing accuracy and completeness
  • Enters client-related data into the company compliance software in a timely, accurate manner
  • Successfully utilizes various record keeping systems to meet the needs of the client
  • Works closely with assigned clients to ensure for accurate data reporting
  • Runs calculations and discrimination tests and makes adjustments as needed to ensure for accuracy and compliance
  • Works with others to resolve issues/questions related to shared clients.
