Pension Investors Orlando, located in Altamonte Springs, FL, a company that provides third-party administration and actuarial services for 401(k) plans, has an immediate opening for an experienced Defined Contribution Plan Administrator.  This local (or telecommute) position is full time with an assigned caseload.  Primary responsibilities include plan valuations, allocations, distributions, non-discrimination testing, document restatement and preparation of Form 5500.  In addition, candidates will be responsible for maintaining client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate and managing and prioritizing workload towards weekly goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of  experience in qualified plan administration
  • NIPA or ASPPA credentials
  • Knowledge of current ERISA, IRS and DOL rules and regulations
  • Experience using Datair software
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, math and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data
  • Excellent initiative in problem-solving and implementing solutions
  • Self-starting and motivated; committed to excellence; positive attitude
