Edberg Perry, LLC a Phoenix-based employer, is looking for a junior-level Retirement Plan Administrator. The ideal candidate will like mathematics, compliance, problem solving and auditing, be detail oriented, a team player, and enjoy interacting with our clients both by phone and via email.  Strong Excel and Word skills are a must.  Since there is no training program for what we do, all retirement plan related training will be on the job.  Check out our website at for more information about our company.

 We have an immediate local opening for a Junior Administrator with a minimum of 1-year experience in Defined Contribution (DC) plan administration (DB experience a big plus!) You will play a crucial role in the day to day work that directly effects our clients and their retirement plan needs. You will be working as an important team member alongside our senior-level Plan Consultants to understand all of the different variables that go into retirement plan administration. You will learn invaluable information about everything related to retirement planning to not only benefit the growth of our company but that will benefit your personal development as well. This is an entry-level position, but with plenty of hands-on training and teamwork, there are a lot of opportunities for career success.

Qualified Junior Administrator Candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a math-related field (e.g. Accounting, Statistics, Economics), and/or 3 years of prior pension-support or administration experience);
  • ASPPA/NIPA credentials or equivalent experience and experience with ASC software is preferred.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, and familiarity with Internet based software;
  • 10-Key by touch, with an aptitude for mathematical equations and analysis;
  • Superior verbal and written communication, organizational, and follow-up skills;
  • Proven time management, organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization, and follow up skills in a rapidly changing environment; and
  • A keen sense of humor!
