Retirement Plan Administrators, LLC, located in Atlanta, GA,  has been providing retirement plan consulting and administration for 30 years.  We are looking for experienced Plan Administrators to manage a diverse caseload of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans. 

Successful candidates must be dedicated to customer service, be able to multi task, be highly motivated and organized.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Point of Contact for plan sponsors and financial advisors
  • Manage plan sponsor inquiries by researching compliance and procedural issues
  • Performing compliance and nondiscrimination testing
  • Calculating Contribution Allocations including Cross-Testing
  • Working with actuaries
  • Financial reports and Trust Accounting  
  • Reconciliation of plan assets
  • Preparation of IRS Forms 5500 and all related schedules
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in qualified plan administration, including knowledge of plan documents and compliance issues
  • Experience with PensionPro and Datair Administration is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • ASPPA or NIPA Designations are a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
