JOB SUMMARY

Randall & Hurley is the largest TPA firm in the Inland Northwest and Montana, providing high-quality, high-touch retirement plan recordkeeping and administration. We are passionate about providing value to our clients and maintaining enduring relationships.

We are seeking an experienced relationship manager to accomplish customer satisfaction and loyalty by performing a variety of tasks for qualified retirement plans and building and maintaining strong client relationships in our Montana location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship management
  • Understanding of Defined Benefit Plans, Defined Contribution Plans and Employee Stock Option Plans
  • Responsible for client retention and growing our existing plans
  • Understanding customer concerns by asking questions and listening carefully to what the customer wants
  • Interact with staff to get a better feel for the customer base and employees serving them
  • Investigating service issues
  • Using knowledge of the company and of customer service best practices, assist with other areas in addressing customer concerns.
  • Visit with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Building connections in the community to identify prospective clients
  • Communicate directly with clients and their professional advisors

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of relationship management duties
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of retirement plan industry, ERISA, DOL & IRS regulations
  • The ability to present to large groups
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and tact
  • Commitment to excellence in client experience
  • Dedicated team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel on a consistent basis

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance the needs of customers with the best interest of the company
  • Ability to analyze problems and help find resolution
  • Organization and follow through

JOB TYPE

Full-Time / Exempt. Office hours are typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but a flexible schedule may be available after initial training period. Additional hours may be required during busy seasons and other times as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package includes medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, PTO, and retirement plan.
