We understand design, compliance, and timeliness are critical to ensuring our clients’ retirement solutions are optimized for value and efficiency while minimizing risk and cost. We focus on cultivating quality relationships, providing superior customer service and ensuring our clients meet their retirement plan goals.

Entry level to senior management level opportunities available. Prior retirement plan administration experience preferred but ultimately, we’re just looking for the right people. Extensive training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES – depending upon experience

  • Complete annual compliance testing
  • Prepare and file 5500 and other forms
  • Maintain existing client relationships
  • Assist clients with plan document updates and amendments
  • Process retirement plan distributions and loans across various investment platforms
  • Data analysis, scrubbing and verification
  • Reconcile plan assets and preparation of annual valuation
  • Recordkeeper website reporting and navigation
  • Research IRS rules and regulations


  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience and certifications
  • Must have strong Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • ASC, ftwilliam and Pension Pro software knowledge a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills and deadline driven
  • Sound judgment and proper criteria for establishing priorities correctly
  • Experience with defined benefit plans is helpful, but not required
  • ASPPA or NIPA certifications are preferred, however not a requirement
  • Local
