  • General support of our administrative staff including verbal and written client correspondence
  • Retirement plan document and amendment preparation
  • Preparation of financial reports and tax forms
  • Client census review and processing
  • Financial statement reconciliation
  • Preparation of financial reporting
  • Preparation of Form 5500 tax returns.


This position is designed to provide you with the opportunity to become a certified administrator, dedicated to the client list you are assigned.  We provide regular in-house training for eager candidates and a culture of working together to achieve mutual success.  This career is both challenging and fulfilling with various departments that require specialized interest.


Successful entry-level candidates have a college degree, possess very good communication skills, are proficient in MS Word and Excel, and are genuinely interested in a career in the field of financial services and benefits administration. Candidates should be comfortable with hard deadlines involving multiple tasks, be willing to learn and accept feedback, and consider themselves dependable with careful attention to detail.


Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. You will also receive an opportunity for increased compensation after our initial performance review.  Compensation packages for all staff are reviewed annually.
