We work closely with our clients and their advisors to ensure each plan is meeting their changing needs.  ERISA regulations were put in place to protect plan participants and we take our role in helping employers maintain compliance very seriously.  We focus on quality service, data security, technical regulations, and continuing education.  We understand that people are our biggest resource and everyone on our team is vital to our success.  

We are seeking a great full-time, DC Plan Administrator for our Lisle, IL office.  To be great, one must possess our Core Values and attributes listed below:

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and utilize pension software
  • Read and comprehend plan documents
  • Proofread work for self and colleagues
  • Prepare / review participant loans & withdrawals
  • Research
  • Audit census data
  • Reconcile plan assets
  • Perform nondiscrimination testing
  • Contribution allocations
  • Prepare government filings
  • Communicate with plan sponsors, advisors, and recordkeepers

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks such as:

  • Answer phones
  • Send / receive mail
  • Filing
  • Shredding
  • Scanning

  • Strong organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to handle a large work load and work independently in a fast paced environment

Experience:

  • 2+ years in plan administration/compliance testing of ERISA Defined Contribution plans
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • ASPPA or NIPA credentials or willingness to obtain them

A successful candidate will be required to submit to a background check
