TRG Administrative Services, LLC, a third-party administration firm located in Dallas, TX and Buffalo, NY, is seeking a full-time experienced Plan Administrator to manage a diverse caseload of Defined Contribution Plans.  The ideal professional must understand the full scope of plan administration, be able to work in a team environment and be comfortable consulting with our clients. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

•  Plan Administration including a combination of preparation and/or review of Annual Reports.

•  Complete understanding of:

  • Plan design and analysis of contribution alternatives.
  • Compliance tests.
  • Financial reports and Trust Accounting. 
  • Reconciliation of plan assets using both vendor reports and brokerage statements.
  • Preparation of IRS Forms 5500 and all related schedules.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years' experience in qualified plan administration, including knowledge of plan documents and compliance issues, along with IRS and ERISA regulations. 
  • Experience with Relius Administration is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (will consider comparable experience).
  • ASPPA or NIPA Designations are a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Training in the Dallas / Fort Worth area is required and permanent location is a plus but not a requirement as many of our employees work remotely.
