POSITION SUMMARY:

Junior level position to manage an assigned book of business, typically 40-60 qualified retirement plans.  Duties to include but not limited to: 

  • review of annual plan census to determine eligibility, prepare contribution calculations and perform required compliance testing, etc.
  • review of legal plan documents to ensure retirement plan compliance
  • reconcile by participant, by source
  • prepare signature ready Form 5500's and other required government filings
  • client services with assigned book of business
  • other duties as assigned by management

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 0-3 years' experience in retirement plan administration preferred; will consider accounting/finance experience
  • previous customer service experience
  • experience in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • computer skill MS Office required
  • experience/familiarity with CRM software a plus
  • FT William experience a plus
  • Pension Pro experience a plus

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • QKA certification (or must acquire within 1 year of employment)
