Retirement Plan Administrators, LLC

Retirement Plan Administrators, LLC, located in Atlanta, GA,  is seeking a full time experienced Plan Administrator to manage a diverse caseload of Defined Contribution Plans.  The ideal professional must be able to handle the full scope of plan administration as well as being comfortable consulting with our clients.  While an Atlanta area employee is preferred, we will also consider a remote employee.

Key Job Responsibilities:

•  Plan Administration including preparation of Annual Reports.
•  Complete understanding of:

  • Plan design and analysis of contribution alternatives.
  • Compliance tests.
  • Financial reports and Trust Accounting  
  • Reconciliation of plan assets using both vendor reports and brokerage statements 
  • Effectively communicates with clients
  • Preparation of IRS Forms 5500 and all related schedules
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  •  At least 5 years’ experience in qualified plan administration, including knowledge of plan documents and compliance issues, along with IRS and ERISA regulations. 
  • Experience with Relius Administration is required
  • Experience with PensionPro is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred ( will consider comparable experience)
  • ASPPA or NIPA Designations are a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
