AimPoint Pension is a fast paced, employee empowered organization with the goal of becoming the best TPA in the industry.  We strive to support our plan sponsor, advisor and CPA clients in every aspect of running the sponsors retirement plan. 

The sales position will manage a specific geographic territory calling on financial advisors and other points of influence.  Goals are to positively develop and grow relationships and add new clients monthly.  The sales person must fit within our culture of integrity, teamwork, and putting clients’ interests first!

Attributes:

  • Able to manage a territory effectively
  • Ability to succeed in fast paced environment
  • Previous sales experience and success
  • Able to get along with many different personalities
  • Financial services experience a plus, but not required
  • Good at math
  • Able to solve complex problems
  • Proficient at Microsoft office products
