Defined Contribution Document Production Coordinator

Job Description Summary
Responsible for the production of defined contribution funding documents (Group Annuity Contracts, mutual fund
applications), commission documents, plan re-pricing documents, fee disclosure documents, plan service agreements, enrollment materials, etc. Also responsible for accurately setting up plan pricing on company business applications.
Ensure that document submission requests are complete and accurate.
Ensure that requests for plan setups and updates on company business applications are complete and accurate.
Update and maintain individual production documentation in company Work Management System.
Accurately prepare all documents appropriate to the submission request.
Prepare enrollment material data for submission to our fulfillment
Manage individual caseload to ensure that deadlines service standards are met.
Accurately establish new plans and update existing plan provisions on company business applications.
Review completed documents to ensure
accuracy, compliance, and adherence to document-related quality standards.
Review completed enrollment material orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Review completed plan setups and plan provision
updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Demonstrated data-entry experience to produce documents that are accurate and timely in
a high-volume, production-based, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft's suite of business related software applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with extremely
high levels of timeliness and accuracy in a high-volume, production-based environment
Solid team-based mentality and proven ability to integrate into a closely-knit, high-volume, results-oriented department
Strong "get-it-done" mentality
and customer focus with demonstrated ability to move work forward while dealing with internal pension professionals in a courteous, fair, professional and effective manner
