Responsible for increasing sales of Monumental Life final expense and affiliate products, programs and
services to the Independent Marketing Organization distribution system in a defined geographical area (territory). Act as a liaison between the Marketing Organization, marketing staff, agents, and home office staff.

This position will cover a large territory. The territory covers the LA Area and South of that to San Diego. Hawaii is also a small part of the
Works with agents daily to plan, direct and monitor the activities of a sales team within an assigned region to achieve established quarterly and annual sales targets.

Bachelor's degree or 8 years of progressively more responsible experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Minimum 5 years sales experience.

Experience with multi-million dollar ($1M+) expense and budget management.
Travel 50% of the time.
Travel between company offices several times each year.
