The Internal Consultant will manage the overall sales and prospecting efforts for the Institutional/Internal Consultant team, educate and support Advisor Partners, and help take care of the operational details of
running the Advisor Services department.
Build and maintain relationships with Advisor Partners and prospective Advisor Partners in order to develop new business opportunities and meet territory
Manage “front end” of sales process for assigned territory. Directly market the company to producing Advisor Partner prospects. Arrange quality appointments for Institutional Consultants when necessary.
“Unified Trust story” so that you’re able to effectively educate a prospective advisor on the competitive advantages of our qualified plan platform.
Run proposals and provide competitive analysis/market perspective to
Institutional Consultant and/or Advisor Partner for new client opportunities. Work in close partnership with Institutional Consultant to develop strategy for winning new business.
Manage sales database and keep sales activity measures current for
accurate territory and line of business reporting.
Work with the Client Consulting and Conversions teams to help onboard new business.
Manage marketing materials (provide marketing materials and sales support, as requested). Suggest and
help implement improvements. Help with prospecting efforts and marketing activities. Coordinate logistics for special events with the marketing department.
In conjunction with the Client Consulting team, provide service support for Advisor
Partners by consulting on fiduciary, investment, and operations issues relating to our qualified plan services.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 3 years of sales and customer service related work experience,
preferably within financial services industry.
