Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
All aspects of ERISA plan administration for 401(k), Profit Sharing and Defined Contribution Plans.
administration including eligibility determination, preparation of financial statements, allocations of contributions/forfeitures, calculations of vesting percentages, loan and distribution calculations, and preparation of Form 5500 and all related
Maintain the plan's qualified status, review of plan documents, help clients resolve operational and regulatory compliance issues relating to qualified and non-qualified plans.
Perform nondiscrimination testing, including
ADP/ACP calculations, refunds, penalties, etc.
Perform compliance related activities such as government filings.
Assist clients with both internal and external audits when needed.
Minimum 2-4 years
plan administration experience.
Knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting plan design and plan documents.
Excellent written and verbal communications as well as customer service skills.
Proficient in Word/Excel.
QKA/QPA ASPPA designations a plus.
