The Client Consultant will manage the onboarding and service relationship with key Advisor Partners, Recordkeepers, Third Party Administrators and Plan Sponsors (i.e. clients) within an assigned territory. They
will assist with operational and efficiency efforts within the department, and serve as a primary resource for service initiatives related to the Advisor Services Group on a corporate and inter-departmental basis.
Oversee and coordinate onboarding, employee education and service efforts for assigned clients in their territory. This includes attending client meetings on-site from time to time. Serve as a back-up for all
territories on an as needed basis.
Develop strategies, resources and tools for promoting increased operational efficiency with client relationships.
Interface with other departments for coordination of resources to ensure timely and
accurate delivery of services and information to clients. Be a “Team Player” in providing answers and assistance with other RPCG group employee questions.
Apply unique skills and interest to serve as a representative of the Retirement
Plan Consultant Group (RPCG) in orchestration with inter-departmental and corporate bodies, promote the development, maintenance, and improvement of business systems, and assist with other key ad-hoc initiatives as determined by the Director, Client
Assist with the development of enterprise systems focusing on service and other key corporate/department objectives to strengthen the relationship with clients. Suggest and help implement improvements to enhance the
qualified plan platform.
Represent the company at finals presentations for key client relationships, national meetings and internal/external conferences (may include making presentations and/or participating in panel
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Equivalent Work Experience.
Qualified retirement plan, investment, and/or financial planning credentials/designations preferred. FI360
(AIF® or AIFA®) and/or ASPPA (QPFC or comparable) designations will be expected to be completed within the first year of employment.
At least 4-7 years of Retirement services or related work experience.
