CBIZ Retirement Plan Services is seeking a Defined Contribution
Plan Administrator to join our team of professionals in our Phoenix Arizona office.
The successful candidate will be involved with:
Reconciliation of employee census information and eligibility determinations
Form 5500 preparation
Defined Contribution plan nondiscrimination testing
Process participant loans and distributions
Plan Document Preparation for retirement plans
B.S. degree with 2 years of qualified retirement plan administration experience preferred
Industry designations from ASPPA (QKA, QPA) or NIPA a plus
Must possess strong mathematical and analytical skills and
be detail oriented
Strong computer skills including MS Word/Excel/Outlook
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure, committed to
Experience with Relius Administration a plus but not required
