Administrative Consultant for Qualified Retirement Plans

We are currently searching for a Retirement Plan Administrator for our offices in offices in Encinitas (North County
San Diego) CA, Roseville, CA and Charlotte, NC.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years experience in the Administration of Qualified Plans including DC and 401k (Traditional and Daily Valuation).
Strong interpersonal skills to handle extensive client contact
Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues governing the operation and administration of Qualified Retirement Plans as well as generally and accepted practices and
Proficient in Word & Excel
Positive and professional attitude
Time management, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and with other professionals
understanding of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Review and coding of census data, eligibility determination
Understanding of contribution calculations/allocations as
well as compliance/non-discrimination testing
Preparation of tax forms and related schedules for an average caseload of 100 plans
