We are seeking a retirement plan professional with strong service orineted skills to join our team for assisting our clients in the administration of retirement plans. Our firm provides plan design, consulting and administrative services for
qualified retirement plans for small to mid-sized companies. We are very hands-on and strive to provide excellent service.
The basic requirements are:
Be able to work well in a team environment in a positive
Strong work ethic
Strong computer skills (proficiency in excel required)
Willing to do what is best for our clients
Highly organized, highly detailed and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Dependable and on time
Self-motivated and able to work independently and a quick learner
Have or willing to work towards obtaining certifications (ASPPA and/or NIPA)
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in the
retirement plan industry focusing in the areas of compliance, distributions, loans or overall administration of retirement plans. Knowledge of ASC and Pension Pro is a plus as is any higher-level education.
