What will you do?
Provides administrative support including quality assurance review and technical guidance to a team of Compliance Coordinators.
Consults clients and/or Compliance Coordinators on plan design decisions.
Maintains MS Access database
including review of assigned block of business
Generates regularly scheduled reports and plan documents including necessary reporting and communication to assigned block of business
Completes complex non-discrimination tests and Form
Demonstrates ability to consult on client issues and provide department level training and make recommendations to management regarding technical areas of improvement for more complex plans.
Others duties as assigned- but not
limited to the following: participating in a committee for the purpose of establishing department level procedures; providing compliance and consulting support to a high profile block of business; and project lead responsibilities for ongoing and/or
specific technical services associated with department and/or company services.
What will you need?
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area, or equivalent experience
Minimum four (4) years of
Minimum two (2) years experience working with complex plans
