EmployeeBenefitsJobs.com is operated in conjunction with BenefitsLink.com, the first and leading employee benefits web site.
BenefitsLink, which came online on April 20, 1995, was enhanced in 1996 to include a page of employee benefits job listings. The page was one of the first "job boards" on the Internet. Later the site was expanded to include candidate résumés and eventually was assigned its own domain name -- EmployeeBenefitsJobs.com -- in order to focus attention to the job listings and make them even more effective for employers.

Our Staff:
- David Baker, Publisher and co-owner of BenefitsLink.com, Inc.;
- Lois Baker, President and co-owner of BenefitsLink.com, Inc.; and
- Holly Horton, Job Listings Manager and Résumés Manager.
David Baker became an attorney in 1982. Before founding BenefitsLink, he practiced employee benefits law both as a sole practitioner and also as an associate and partner at various law firms. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School.
Lois Baker practiced employee benefits law with McDonald Hopkins in Cleveland, Ohio, and with Dean Mead in Orlando, FL. Her experience also includes employee benefits administration and design for a Fortune 500 company. She is a 1989 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Holly Horton is a 10-year employee with BenefitsLink.com, Inc., and has worked for the company in a variety of roles.
